In this site is presented the 2014 INEMAR emission inventory (public review) of Region Lombardy made up by ARPA Lombardia.

The available download data are refferred to emission due to municipal activity.
"Shadow emission" are not estimated by INEMAR. "Shadow emission" are related to final energy consumption, available at SIRENA website.
